Message from the CEO

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to London College of Business Management and Information Technology (LCBMIT).

We aim to ensure that you graduate with skills that you can use in social and business worlds. The two have always been interdependent, and as an enterprise with a social purpose, LCBMIT hopes you will become an employable and socially responsible graduate.

We will strive further so that you receive an excellent student experience and feel part of an institution that you can take pride in. The fact that we continually over-achieve in our external validations by our accrediting body, demonstrates the academic standards and quality that you can expect at LCBMIT.

Our undergraduate and postgraduate courses are vocational, and offer an alternative, fast track route to universities. I’m sure from our range of courses from Business to Tourism, and IT to Health Care; you will find one that excites you. We promise to keep our fees low, and our undergraduate tuition fees currently remain at around £4,000 depending on your course.

Our scholarship fund is extra-ordinary; between 2010 and 2011 alone we issued over 200 scholarships. This separates us from other public and private higher education institutions.

Our faculties are highly experienced academics and practitioners, from renowned universities around the world. You can expect them to challenge your thinking, so you develop an in depth understanding of your chosen subject. They have extensive networks in the industry, which enables our students to have a better understanding of the real world.

When we hopefully reach our target to become a university by the year 2020, this will be a celebration for our students, staff and the community.

I wish you all the best in your studies, and I know our staff look forward to providing you the quality education and services that you deserve.
