| Conditional Offer |
This means that, based on the information you have provided in your application and/or interview, if you satisfy the conditions we have set in our offer you will be academically qualified for the programme.
Your offer conditions may include:
• achieving minimum specified grades in qualifications you are taking or for which you have not yet received results • meeting our minimum English language requirements • minimum period of relevant work experience. Once you have achieved the conditions, your offer will become unconditional. |
Unconditional Offer (or Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies – CAS) |
This is issued when you have met all the conditions in your conditional offer as above. It is possible that based on the information you provide in your application and/or interview, we believe you are already academically qualified for the programme and are issued an unconditional offer directly. International students are issued a CAS to support their visa application to the UK Border Agency. |
|
Offer for an alternative programme |
If we are unable to offer you a place on your original programme, we may make you a conditional/unconditional offer for a place on an alternative programme. |
| Unsuccessful |
If your application is unsuccessful you may find it useful to refer to the programme pages on our website at www.lcbmit.co.uk to understand why you didn’t meet our entry requirements. We will put you in touch with our admissions team who will be able to advise on study options. |
